Apple is a wonderful first food for your baby. It is tasty, filled with nutrients and is really easy for them to digest. It also contains pectin, a naturally occurring soluble fibre found in many fruits. Pectin helps little bowels to start processing solids efficiently.

This product can only be kept frozen for a maximum of 3 months from time of purchase. Due to the nature of this product, upon defrosting some separation may occur. Please ensure whilst heating that you continuously stir in-between to ensure a good consistency and temperature.
When weaning before 6 months please always make sure you have spoken to your healthcare professional to ensure that your baby is ready to begin early weaning.
